Advantages:

Скажем так, мы удовлетворены. Прилегающая к дому территория великолепна, просторно, зелено, очень чисто и уютно. Мангальная зона, зоны для посидеть и погулять - всего предостаточно. А вот в самом доме хотелось бы порекомендовать создать более гостеприимную уютную атмосферу. Как минимум - в ванной/туалете не имеется никаких принадлежностей кроме полотенца. В кухне набор посуды тоже очень минимальный. И на зимнее время - очень прохладно, нужно решить вопрос с отоплением. Также отметим очень хорошее местонахождение дома - море в одном шаге, но и центральные улицы в пешей доступности, и вся инфраструктура.
