Залог за сохранность имущества — 3000 руб. Возвращается в день выезда после проверки и уборки квартиры, переводом на карту. Размещение гостей происходит только при наличии паспорта.

Advantages:

Хороший вид на город. Просторная квартира. Жаль нет лифта, но видимо это особенности Сочинской застройки. Внутренний двор является двориком ресторана. Достаточно атмосферно, есть что посмотреть.

Disadvantages:

Отсутствие лифта. Отопление батареями было выключено. Отапливались сплитами, но на такой объем помещения их не хватает.
