Место - основное дорстоинство в моем случае. Внизу отличный ресторанчик прага, аптека, магазины. В каталоге помечено, что есть парковка - но имейте в виду, что это не собственная парковка, а так обозначена возможность припарковаться (платно в будние дни) на улице на общих основаниях если найдёте место.

Disadvantages:

Запах от полотенец.
