На фото вид с окна на рассвете, хорошая удобная и всем оборудованная квартира. Зимой очень тепло, рядом дендрарий и цирк. До пляжа не далеко и нет резкого подъема в гору, а за этим домом уже крутые подъемы и спуски что очень важно.
