Всего 4 спальных места на 8 человек. С дополнительными кроватями — до 10 человек. Нижний этаж — летняя кухня под всевозможные виды приготовления, в т.ч. газовая плита, казан 30л, печь для пиццы. Бассейн 7,5х3,6м, санузел, летний душ и зона барбекю с лужайкой. В доме газовая котельная с водоподготовкой и резервным электрогенератором. Отопление — тёплые полы. Персонал проживает на смежном участке. Ежедневная уборка и смена белья каждые 5 дней.
