До Ривьеры 2, 2км, до пляжа Альбатрос 2 км. До остановки 3 мин ходьбы. До Владимирского собора 900 м. Без дополнительной оплаты предоставляю wi-fi, телевизор, стиральную машину, утюг, мультиварку, микроволновку, электрочайник, посуду и пр. Закрытый двор. Спокойная хозяйка. Бонус: ежедневно массаж на массажном кресле "Bauer" всего тела.
Есть дополнительное место - раскладушка.
