Прекрасный вид на лес ( солнечная сторона ) парковка во дворе. Море в 20 минутах ходьбы через парк в сторону ж\д вокзала ( удобная развязка во все стороны сочи или адлер- аэропорт - красная поляна. Автобусная остановка в 5 минутах от дома. На районе дома имеется магазин ( со всем необходимым от хлеба до фруктов ).
