Круглогодичный бассейн, сауна, мангальная зона для вкусного мяса, костровая зона для приятных и прохладных вечеров, 3 спальни, 3 санузла, большая кухня-гостиная и все это скрашено невероятной панорамой черного моря.

Готовы принять семью или компанию до 7 человек, братья наши меньшие по предварительному согласованию.

Мы более 4 лет профессионально занимаемся арендой, все ваши пожелания обязательно будут учтены.

При длительном проживании в стоимость включены клининг дома и чистка бассейна раз в неделю.

Мы находимся на высоте, по доступности к центру Сочи - 25 минут на авто, центра Адлера - 20 минут на авто, Красная Поляна и Роза Хутор - 1 час на авто.
Такси и доставка продуктов приезжают всегда и без проблем. Дорога к дому асфальт-бетон.
