Дом расположен в районе коттеджной застройки, рядом с санаторием Искра, 300 метров от Курортного проспекта! Очень тихое и спокойное место).

Проживание с маленькими животными ( до 30 см в холке) необходимо согласовать заранее.

Депозит равен суткам проживания и возвращается при выезде!

Возможен ранний заезд и поздний выезд (необходимо согласовать заранее).

Курение и шумные вечеринки запрещены!
