Advantages:

Расположение вообщем-устраивало, но все же высоковато, на горе. Отличная квартира! Все чисто. Все есть для комфортного проживания. Единственное н хватало пылесоса. Но это не было большой проблемой. В квартире теплый пол, когда необходимо было включали кондиционер, а в этом году бывало и прохладно.
