Уютная светлая квартира с хорошим ремонтом. В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания. Кондиционер, стиральная машинка, микроволновка, телевизор, вайфай. Очень удобное расположение. Самый центр города. Всё по ровной местности. Без транспорта, по горам лазить не надо, в пробках по жаре стоять не надо. Дом стоит напротив парка «Ривьера». Всё в шаговой доступности. В 5 минутах ходьбы от дома находятся: море, центральная набережная, морской порт, бесплатные городские пляжи, парк «Ривьера», песчаный «Ривьерский пляж». В парке океанариум, дельфинарий, зоопарк. Рядом с домом все магазины «Магнит», «Пятёрочка», кафе, столовая. В 10 минутах ходьбы центральный рынок, железнодорожный вокзал. С вокзала можно на комфортабельной «Ласточке» доехать до Красной Поляны, аэропорта в Адлере. Собственник, имею возможность встречи с вокзала. Без животных, без маленьких детей.
