Advantages:

В квартире очень хороший ремонт, всё что нужно для проживания семье - есть в наличии. Жилой комплекс рядом с морем, идти по набережной и самое главное без уклона, минут 5-7. В доме супермаркет. Всё замечательно, нам всё понравилось.

Disadvantages:

На территории бассейн, нам не повезло с погодой, он не успевал прогреться. Окна квартиры выходят на проезжую часть, но улица не шумная.
