Удобное расположение, близко от аэропорта, от ЖД вокзала. Рынок и магазин рядом, до пляжа 5 минут. Квартира отличная, для проживания есть все необходимое.. (стиральная машинка, утюг и т.д)

Advantages:

Находиться близко к морю, расположение отличное.

Disadvantages:

Грязно, сломанная ручка на окне, еле его закрыли. Нам вернули 1000 рублей за клиннинг, но нам пришлось убирать квартиру после себя самим и стирать постельное белье. Хотя при заселении квартиру как будто бы и не убирали совсем
