Advantages:

Уютная квартирка на закрытой территории с собственным паркингом на самой территории, разумеется. Очень хорошие хозяева. Заселение прошло быстро, по времени отъезда тоже смогли договориться для удобства.

Disadvantages:

Из минусов - чтобы доехать до квартиры, каждый день придётся подниматься на гору (серпантин) протяжённостью в километр
