Advantages:

Квартира очень миленькая и чистая, есть сушильная машина, гигиенические принадлежности. На территории есть несколько площадок, футбольное поле, мангала и бассейн. Так же есть кафе и магазин, 2в1. Но ценник завышен. Магазинов рядом нет, но есть доставка.
