Светлая и просторная квартира с двумя открытыми балконами. Тихий район, сидя на балконе слышно, как поют птицы и шелестят листья. Есть всё для комфортного проживания: плита, посуда, микроволновка, духовка, чайник, полотенца, постельное бельё и т. д.
До остановки «Русь» идти 5 мин, оттуда спуск к пляжу «Альбатрос», самый чистый пляж в городе, обустроенная территория пляжа, есть шезлонги, кафе, курортные товары. Также курсирует маршрутка за символическую сумму от пляжа до остановки и обратно. От остановки 3 минуты, чтоб спуститься до дома.
Неподалеку от дома есть продуктовые магазины, WB, Ozon, «Пятерочка», «Магнит».
