Вид из окна на шикарный лесной массив. Есть фен, утюг, микроволновка, электрочайник, пляжные принадлежности, детские игрушки т. д. На первом этаже дома, есть продуктовый магазин. Тихий спальный район. Здесь отдыхать, одно удовольствие. В шаговой доступности знаменитый санаторий "октябрьский", здесь и лечебные процедуры и аквапарк и зоопарк, кафе с вкусной едой. Возможность пользоваться "шведским столом" в санатории. Фото полностью соответствуют. Подробности при общении.
