Сдаётся новая после ремонта однокомнатная квартира в новом доме с прямым видом на море. В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания. До моря 10 минут пешком. До центра 10 минут на машине. Рядом есть магазины «Пятерочка» и «Магнит», аптека, салон красоты, ПВЗ.
В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания.
Дом новый, рядом строят бассейн и доделывают территорию. Поэтому цена меньше по сравнению с ценником в соседнем доме и с детьми временно до лета не беру.
