Квартира состоит из кухни-гостинной и спальни отгороженной перегородкой. Кровать двухспальная. В гостинной диван. ( не раскладывается)
Имеется балкон с панорамным видом на красивый лес на горе.
На территории дома имеется закрытая парковка, удобная транспортная развязка.
До центра города 10 минут на транспорте. В 3 минутах от дома имеется остановка общественного транспорта. Минимаркет.
К сожалению с животными проживание не допустимо. Вечеринки и Курить в квартире запрещено!
