Также кондиционер, холодильник, шкаф, стол, телевизор, душ, туалет, умывальник. Выход прямо на пляж. Рядом несколько кафе и крытый рынок. В пешей доступности вокзал, с которого за очень короткое время на комфортабельных электричках можно доехать в центр Сочи, Красную Поляну, Олимпийский парк, Туапсе и Абхазию.
