Мы находимся в центральной части города сочи! А точнее район мамайка.
Сдаётся от трёх суток.
Спокойный район, чистый пляж (людей на пляже мало).
В комнате: телевизор, кондиционер, мини-холодильник, столик.
На этаже 2 кухни, есть общая летняя кухня для самостоятельного приготовления пищи, мангальная зона, 2 душа и 2 туалета.
Остановка электрички 5 мин. Спокойной ходьбы. На ней можно доехать без пробок до красивых экскурсионных объектов: олимпийский парк (сочи парк), ривьера, дендрарий, морской порт и т. д.
