Уютная, солнечная студия для одного или двоих гостей, с видом на море и горы. Свежий ремонт. Тихое и спокойное место.
До моря пешком 40 минут, до ж/д вокзала 20 минут. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта. В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания. Вся необходимая техника, постельные принадлежности, полотенца. Двуспальная кровать. Магазин "магнит" в соседнем доме. Парковка во дворе. Сдаётся порядочным людям. Без домашних животных. Курить и устраивать шумные вечеринки в квартире запрещено. Заселение после 14-00, выезд до 12-00.

Advantages:

Спасибо большое Екатерине, вежливая хозяйка, по просьбе, заселила нас на 2 часа раньше! Квартира чистая, уютная и теплая. До жд вокзала Сочи пешком 20 мин, рядом с домом магазин магнит, что тоже не маловажно! В общем, рекомендую!
