Advantages:

Удобное расположение к вокзалу, красивый вид с общего балкона.

Disadvantages:

Кровать была не заправлена, посуду жильцы после себя мыть нормально не умеют, в ванной сильная влажность. Недостатки не критичные, жить комфортно можно.
