Отличный вариант для отдыхающих и туристов, ценящих время и комфорт!
Вокруг жилого комплекса развитая инфраструктура:
- в шаговой доступности (1 мин) работают столовые и уютные кафе, где можно вкусно и недорого поесть!
- в 2 мин. ходьбы магазины, пекарни, автобусная остановка (авт. №30).
- 5 мин. до станция "Мамайка".
- в шаговой доступности (5 мин) шикарный пляжа "Куба" с набережной для прогулок - отличный вариант для релакса у моря без лишних забот!
