Уютный дом на побережье Черного моря для отдыха семьей или дружеской компанией.

Дом расположен в уникальном месте в окружении леса и гор. Тихое, тупиковое место для ценителей тишины и уединения. Место славится своей энергетикой. Сотни людей приезжают посетить развалины Византийского храма, расположенного неподалеку.

До лучших пляжей на побережье пешком 15-20 минут, на машине 3 минуты.

В усадьбе все располагает к отдыху. Большая зеленая территория с беседкой, садом и лужайкой, ротанговая мебель для отдыха на свежем воздухе и, конечно, русская баня на дровах и бассейн 3*7.

В доме может разместиться до 11 человек. На первом этаже кухня-гостиная с большим раскладным диваном, спальня с двуспальной кроватью, большая ванная комната. На втором этаже- кухня, четыре спальни, душевая, балкон. На третьем этаже просторная комната с двуспальной кроватью, диваном и душевой.

Для любителей активного отдыха- прогулки по реликтовому лесу, катание на лошадях, посещение водопадов и пр. Все в шаговой доступности.
