За 30 минут можно доехать до Сочинского океанариума или Олимпийского парка. В 5 минутах езды — железнодорожный вокзал, откуда отправляются скоростные электрички на Красную Поляну.
Дом располагается на благоустроенной закрытой территории. В доме во всех комнатах подключена сплит-система и есть все необходимое для хорошего отдыха: собственная ванная комната, телевизор, фен, мини-холодильник, стиральная машина, микроволновка, плита, на верхних этажах, открывается вид на море.
