Наша квартира находится на первом этаже пятиэтажного дома в микрорайоне им. Гагарина в центре Сочи (правый берег Сочинки), около Цветного бульвара.
2 комнаты: гостиная и изолированная спальня, а также изолированная лоджия, подходящая как для отдыха, так и для удалённой работы. Отдельная кухня с индукционной электроплитой, большим холодильником и микроволновкой. Санузел с душевой кабиной. Окна выходят в тихий сквер с пальмами, магнолиями и кедром, лично посаженным Юрием Гагариным в 1961 году.

В шаговой доступности - ж/д вокзал и парк "Ривьера" (15 - 20 минут пешком), до пляжа "Ривьера" - около получаса пешком. Совсем рядом - Цветной бульвар, одна из самых красивых прогулочных улиц города, и набережная реки Сочинки. В нескольких минутах ходьбы - магазины "Магнит", "Пятёрочка", "К&Б", кофейни и столовые.
