Эко-домик со всеми удобствами, сдаётся целиком. Других гостей на территории нет.
Находится в тихом, уютном месте, в частном секторе. Очень много зелени.
Две изолированные комнаты, кухня, душ, туалет, прихожая.

Два двухспальных места:
- В гостиной раскладной диван 140см*200см,
- В спальне кровать 160см*200см.
Есть парковка для авто.

Домик раcпoложен на возвышeнности относительно моря, чтo обеcпечивает удaлённocть от шума проезжающих авто и свежий воздух. Наш гостевой дом подойдет для активных людей, которые любят пешие прогулки. Дорога к морю по лестнице занимает минут 15-20. В обход лестницы к морю, ж/д вокзалу «Хоста» можно дойти за 20-25 минут. На машине, автобусе 2 мин.
Рядом магазин «Пятерочка» (100м) и остановка общественного транспорта (автобус 129, 49).
От ж/д вокзала «Хоста» можно доехать на электричке-ласточке до Олимпийского парка, Красной поляны, Роза Хутор.
