Квартира имеет общую прихожую с соседней квартирой.

Дом расположен на небольшой возвышенности. К дому от переулка Морской ведут ступеньки примерно уровень пятого этажа.

Территория охраняемая. Зелёная, с фонариками и скамейками.

Курить строго запрещено - и в квартире, и на лоджии!

Строго без животных!
