Квартира очень теплая, даже если не включать теплые полы и кондер! до центра без пробок 10 минут ехать. В 50 метрах от дома в разные стороны магазины пятерочка, магнит и магнит косметик.

Студия с шикарным видом на море. Есть даже балкончик, можно сидеть на стульчике, пить кофе и любоваться закатом! В общем Все закаты ваши!

В квартире курить запрещено!!!
