Дoм нaхoдитcя в 15 минутax oт цeнтрaльнoй пeшеходнoй улицы Нaвaгинcкая, мoре не далеко , рядом общественный транспорт во все стороны города. Так же рядом множество хороших ресторанов и кафе, центральный рынок, ТЦ Моремолл, Сан Сити, парк и набережная реки. Все это в пешей доступности.

Мы очень тщательно следим за чистотой. После каждого выезда обязательна полная влажная уборка с дезинфекцией мест общего пользования и заменой постельного белья.
Стандартное время заезда с 15:00 часов. Выезд до 12:00.

При заезде необходимо внести возвратный депозит в размере 5.000 руб., который возвращается при условии соблюдения правил проживания при выезде.
