Район расположен очень удобно - от моря реальный 1 км, с проходом через санаторий Салют, на БЕСПЛАТНЫЙ пляж. До центра Сочи можно быстро добраться на маршрутке. Спокойный район. В квартире все удобства, техника работает, и горячая и холодная вода всегда была. Во дворе есть хорошая беседка и мангал. Хозяева радушные. Удачный вариант для отдыха всей семьей.
