Advantages:

Квартира соответствует фотографиям, красиво, уютно, есть в квартире все что необходимо для проживания. Закрытый двор. Небольшая детская площадка (горка, и качели). Дорога к морю для неподготовленного человека была некомфортная (400 ступенек :)), но в этом тоже есть плюс, никогда не поздно заняться спортом:)))
