Advantages:

Отличное расположение, 7 минут ходьбы до моря. Есть все необходимое в квартире. Удобная гардеробная.

Disadvantages:

Не понравилось - кондиционер капал на балконе на сушилку для белья, матрас на кровати сильно просел, не хватало гладильной доски.
