Хозяева спокойная семейная пара. Есть питомцы: хаски, очень вежливая социально адаптированная собака и Кузьма Васильевич, абсолютно спокойный шотландский кот.

Магазины, заправка для авто, до моря недалеко, рядом остановка, центральный район города, за вокзалом, от вокзала 5-10 мин пешком, недалёко центральный рынок, парк отдыха "ривьера". Возможность встречи по приезду.
