Advantages:

Все отлично! Расположение шикарное! Все рядом! Были с 2мя детьми в конце апреля. В квартире есть все, что нужно для жизни!

Disadvantages:

Есть замечания: ну очень медленно набирается вода в унитазе (вчетвером проблематично), и не хватает полочки в душевой кабине для шампуней, гелей...
