Описание: Расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от моря, рядом лес, чайная плантация. Преимущество — не загруженный пляж, чистый воздух, нет обычной для морского побережья влажности (особый микроклимат — «Горный воздух»), тихо. 
Стоянка рядом с домом на 5−6 машин. Уборка номеров, смена белья производится по требованию отдыхающих, санузлы если есть На каждом этаже имеются балконы кроме первого. Прекрасный вид на море.
Питание: Питание самостоятельное, на первом этаже отдельная от хозяев кухня. Предлагаются к продаже напитки, пиво, продукты.

Вблизи расположены кафе, магазины, аптека, экскурсионное бюро, конные прогулки, дайвинг, ночные дискотеки. Рядом аквапарк «Аквалоо». Всё выше перечисленное находится в 15 минутах ходьбы пешком.
