Бассейн без подогрева, функционирует с июня по сентябрь месяц. В доме м-н «Пятёрочка», до моря 300 м. Размещаю до 4-х гостей. Страховой депозит 7000 руб., отдаётся после уборки. Фото паспорта обязательно.

Advantages:

Заселение прошло быстро, хозяйка квартиры лично встречает, всё показывает и помогает в заселении. Вход на территорию, вход в бассейн и в дом с ключа. «Пятерочка» находится в торце дома, до моря очень близко.

Disadvantages:

Единственный минус — это отсутствие парковок.
