Шикарный балкон с летней мебелью и освещением. Огромный выбор платформ для просмотра кино, все возможные телеканалы. Электронный замок, что очень удобно. Шикарная инфраструктура около дома и на территории жилого комплекса. Один из лучших районов Сочи, безопасный и тихий, с удобной транспортной доступностью. Пляж и центр города в пешей доступности. Подходит для всех возрастных групп, очень рекомендую для проживания! Огромное спасибо Карине за прекрасно проведённый отпуск, обязательно приеду ещё!
