Advantages:

Гостеприимные хозяева, чувствуешь себя, как дома). Магазины, столовые-кафе, остановки общественного транспорта - до всего этого можно добраться за 15 минут пешей прогулки от дома. И конечно же, пляж. Только положительные впечатления.
