Advantages:

Хорошее местоположение: первая линия, рядом остановка транспорта. Удобная кровать, большой балкон, панорамное остекление. Постельное белье белоснежное. Хочется приезжать ещё.

Disadvantages:

Посуды не хватает на кухне. В номере тусклое освещение, хотелось бы лампочку поярче. Полотенца хотелось бы такие же белоснежные, как белье.
