Advantages:

Вежливая и отзывчивая хозяйка. Просьбы исполнялись моментально. Чистая квартира. Но скорее евродвушка, а не полноценная двушка. Встроеннная спальня и кухня-гостиная с диваном. Есть небольшой балкон, стиралка. 20 минут до моря. Рядом куча магазинов и пункты выдачи.

Disadvantages:

Не хватило очень полки в самой душевой. И нет расчета на приезд с ребенком. Кроватку брали в аренду. И ещё минус, но это не относится к квартире, абсолютно никакая детская площадки во дворе: горка и каруселька.
