Advantages:

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Вся бытовая техника исправно работает. Два кондиционера создают комфортные условия в обоих комнатах. Кухонные принадлежности для любого приготовления пищи. Единственный маленький минус, это стесненная прилегающая застройка, когда окно в окно рядом расположенных домов и ориентация окон на ж/д пути. Но это все компенсируется максимальной приближённостью к пляжной зоне.
