На крыше коттеджа площадью 100 кв. м расположена смотровая площадка с великолепной панорамой моря, гор и города сочи. На крыше стоят столы со стульями, шезлонги для отдыха и качели. Во дворе мангал для шашлыков, много зелени, сад, цветы, абсолютная тишина, только птицы поют. Очень хороший малолюдный бесплатный пляж. До пляжа 50м, можно ходить в купальниках, просто спуститься по ступенькам.
Кровати односпальные - 4шт, диван двуспальный, тахта, кухонный гарнитур, тумбочки 3шт., стол со стульями, торшер.
Вся инфраструктура на расстоянии 1км от дома. Рядом с домом находятся два кафе с очень вкусной домашней недорогой едой и домашним вином из местного винограда. Рядом также два продуктовых магазина.
