За окном нетронутая природа колхидского леса, 20 минут пешком по лесу, и вы в сказочной красоты месте-Каньон Псахо (примерно 3 км мокрый каньон, 200 м сухой каньон) которым 70 млн. Лет!
Сдается 2й и 3й (мансардный) этаж, совмещенные (100м2). В доме все необходимое для проживания: 2 спальни (постельные принадлежности, полотенца), гостиная (камин на дровах, диван раскладной-доп. место, тв смарт спутниковое, интернет кабельный, вай -фай), оборудованная кухня-столовая (газ. плита, микроволновка, духовой шкаф, холодильник), 2 туалетные комнаты, большая ванна, дополнительно - кухня на первом этаже.
По предварительной договоренности можно с питомцами.
В 2х км. Скай-парк, на остановке автобуса магазин пятерочка, на территории снт продовольственный магазин. Примерно в 5 км очень популярные рестораны амшенский двор и тары-бары хуторок.
Особо отметим: температура воздуха всегда на 3-5 градусов ниже, чем на побережье, без влажности.
