Новый дом (2025 год) из дерева с видом на море, расположен на территории СНТ Рассвет среди садов. До моря 10-15 минут пешком (по ступенькам)до дикого пляжа с мелкой галькой. По разные стороны оборудованный пляжи Хосты и Кудепсты. До центра Адлер 15 минут на авто (при отсутствии пробок), центра Сочи 20 минут (пробок не бывает).
В доме двухспальная кровать (160), мини-кухня укомплектована посудой, холодильник, чайник... Ванная комната с душевой кабиной. У входа в дом удобная площадка с видом на море с лавками, столом. В шаговой доступности магазины, также работает доставка. Автобусы и поезда ласточка курсируют как до курортов Роза хутор и Красная поляна, и до центра Сочи
