Advantages:

Для легкого летнего отдыха :) Белье чистое, полотенца чистые, кровать старенькая,но удобная. Вариант просто переночевать норм. Хозяйственное помещение переделано под номер. Туалет и душ отдельно, во дворе с жучками, паучками. Всё старенькое)) Короче, переночевать и всё. Цена говорит сама за себя.
