Уютная квартира - студия + комната в центре Хосты. Закрытая придомовая территория. Дом находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от моря, курортной зоны, ж/д вокзала.
Рядом 2 бесплатных пляжа + платный пляж санатория "Мыс Видный" (10 мин пешком), сетевые магазины Магнит и Пятёрочка, продуктовая ярмарка, кафе, столовые, аптеки, парк аттракционов, детские игровые площадки, серф клубы. Пункты выдачи Wildberries, Ozon, Сдэк.
При бронировании предоставляется путеводитель по Хосте и Сочи.
Детская кроватка и стульчик для кормления по запросу.
Проживание до 4х человек. Постельное белье, полотенца предоставляются.
Бронирование от 5 суток.
Заселение после 14.00, выезд до 12.00. Все другие варианты обсуждаются заранее.

Advantages:

Замечательное место расположения квартиры. Рядом магазины, море, парк с детской площадкой. Ни машины, ни поезда не слышно. Квартира хорошо укомплектована. Есть многие мелочи, нужные в жизни. Чисто. Удобный диван. Неудобный матрас на кровати, это минус. Диана всегда на связи. Вопросы по квартире быстро решались. Большая благодарность ей за стульчик для кормления!
