Advantages:

Тихий спокойный район, в квартире все имеется для проживания. Удобно рядом магазин, аптека, автобус во все направления. Хозяева хорошие, добрые люди. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Disadvantages:

Очень далеко от города. С детьми трудно добираться.
