Advantages:

Красивая, ухоженная территория. Для создания комфортного быта предусмотрено много необходимых мелочей: наличие мангальной зоны, просторные террасы с мебелью для отдыха и приема пищи на свежем воздухе, на столах всегда свежие цветы в вазах, чистое постельное белье, большое количество кухонной утвари на летней кухне и прочее. Приветливый, услужливый, доброжелательный хозяин. Всё очень понравилось, рекомендую.
